Please provide also upload a complete itemized transaction list, which can be prepared in Microsoft Excel, a PDF output from some other program, or scanned from checkbook pages. By law, we specifically need to document any individuals paid directly for their time (honoraria). This alternatively may be emailed to office@whsfa.org
