Pilot Speech Evaluation Form Survey



Thank you for taking a few moments to share feedback about the WISDAA's pilot evaluation sheet of four (4) criteria areas and six (6) rating points. Your feedback -- particularly in the form of written-out comments -- is valuable insight as we determine ways to streamline the evaluation process while providing a meaningful learning experience for participants.

Numerical Rubric

Please note this new, six-point rubric and answer the questions that follow.

Degree in which the entry meets demands and standards expressed by each evaluation criterion:
1 Minimal Missing essential elements
2 Emerging Significant need for growth
3 Developing Room for improvement in some areas
4 Proficient Meets expectations
5 Mastery Exceeds expectations
6 Exemplary Sophisticated, innovative, and/or creative

Six points allow for more nuance in scores
